Your inventory purchase is your paid membership. There is no separate monthly Curlee Crew membership fee.

Membership on your terms. Need more or less inventory next time? Choose the Curlee Crew level that fits your inventory needs for that membership period. If you do not purchase inventory, your paid membership becomes inactive at the end of the current membership period. Affiliate enrollment remains separate and intentional.

PACKING OPTIONS

SELF-PACK

Your SNC inventory arrives in bulk and you divide and package your products for retail sale according to SNC packaging and branding requirements.

PRE-PACK

Eligible members may have their entire monthly inventory packaged by Snap-N-Curl into retail-ready packs before shipment. Members may choose among SNC’s currently offered retail pack sizes, provided the selected combination fits within the total inventory quantity.

Contributor is Self-Pack only. Collaborater, Boss Concealist, and Master Concealist may choose either Self-Pack or Full Pre-Pack.

REFERRAL REWARDS

Referral rewards apply when you refer a new person who purchases a paid Curlee Crew membership.

Referral rewards are one-time on the new member’s initial paid membership purchase. Renewals and free Affiliate referrals do not generate additional referral rewards. Rewards are generally processed within approximately 7–14 days, provided the underlying payment remains valid and eligible.

MEMBERSHIP FLEXIBILITY

Choose what fits your next period. There is no requirement to remain at the same paid level every month. Members may choose a different paid membership level in a future membership period depending on inventory needs. No inventory purchase means no active paid membership; inactive paid members do not automatically become Affiliates.

REPRESENT THE SNC BRAND

Curlee Crew members are expected to represent Snap-N-Curl honestly, sell genuine SNC products, follow current SNC reseller and packaging guidelines, avoid deceptive pricing or customer practices, and protect the integrity of the Snap-N-Curl brand.

Curlee Crew membership authorizes resale of genuine SNC products. It does not authorize members to manufacture, reproduce, copy, commission, or create imitation Snap-N-Curl products.

HANDCRAFTED WITH CARE

Snap-N-Curl products are handcrafted and made in batches. Larger Curlee Crew inventory orders require production, curing, finishing, and packaging time. Processing times may vary based on order volume and inventory size.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SNC curlers are custom-made, so orders cannot be canceled once placed. Refunds are limited to qualifying arrival damage; changes of mind, unmet expectations, and processing delays do not qualify.

For damage, contact ilovecurls@snapncurl.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Eligible unused size/color exchanges may require shipping both ways.

FAQ

Do I have to buy inventory every month?

No. Paid membership is active only for the membership period in which inventory is purchased.

Do I automatically become an Affiliate if I stop buying inventory?

No. Affiliate enrollment is separate and must be intentionally selected.

Can I change membership levels?

Yes. Members may choose the level that fits their inventory needs for a future membership period.

Do I have to recruit people?

No. Paid members can focus entirely on reselling their SNC inventory. Referrals are optional.

Do referral rewards repeat every month?

No. Referral rewards are one-time on the new member’s initial paid Curlee Crew membership.

Can I package the curlers myself?

Yes. Contributor is Self-Pack. Collaborater, Boss, and Master may choose Self-Pack or Full Pre-Pack.

Can I make my own version of Snap-N-Curl?

No. Curlee Crew authorizes resale of genuine SNC products only and does not grant manufacturing rights.

Is income guaranteed?

No. Sales and referral results depend on each member’s own legitimate business activity.
